Yes, for the safety of our passengers and crew, if it’s thundering and lighting we have to cancel the tour. You are able to reschedule for a different day.

We ask all customers to arrive 30 minute prior for check in and boarding, if you will not make it on time, please call us in advance at (786) 710 2768 to reschedule. If you arrive after the yacht has departed, we will not be able to offer a refund or reschedule your chatter.

Guests prone to motion sickness should take precautions.
You are not allowed to bring food aboard.

Yes, but it has to be in a plastic cup or bottle. No glass containers. Cans are allowed. No red wine allowed.

 

We are located at a shopping center, Bayside Marketplace, you can park (Pay for parking) here and walk to our dock.

Yes, you should do it as soon as you purchase your tickets, once you receive your confirmation and the link to fill it out. Each participant must sign one. It will take 1 minute.

Please sign the waiver before you arrive to our dock and before you check in to avoid delays.

You cannot bring luggage aboard. There is a café at the entrance of the mall that offers luggage storage services for a fee.

 

Regular clothes/shoes are fine. 

 

There is a ramp to get to our dock. Because of liability, our staff will be unable to assist you to get to the boat. Your family/friends will have to assist you. There are about 2-3 steps to get into the Thriller boat and the Hurricane boat.
